For example, in banking we might focus on leverage, debt and equity issues, and in insurance we look at reserves and the essence of how insurance companies make money. Workshops are between 5 and 8 hours long.

The seminars build a high-level conceptual model of business and accounting that gives learners the big picture in a way they can see, understand and apply.

All Accounting Comes Alive programs are adapted to their audience and tailored to their organizations; however, we can also develop more specialised programs or customized programs on any accounting, budgeting and business acumen topic. Specialised programs have included topics such as equities and settlement accounting in banking, and reserve accounting or valuation of the enterprise in the insurance sector.
