Our organization is structured along the following lines:

Global Licensor: Accounting Comes Alive International (ACAI)
- Supports the ACA Regional Publishers in Europe, Middle East and South Africa.
- Provides direct-to-market business elsewhere.
- Develops and manages intellectual property and products.
- Sources and accredits independent Licensed Trainers and Master Trainers.
- Provides product access to the trainer network.

ACA Regional Publishers (licencees)
- Licensed by Accounting Comes Alive International.
- Provide classroom-based training events to ACA clients: directly and through business ventures.
- Value-adds to ACAI products for specific client needs.
- Support independent financial trainers who want access to the Color Accounting™ learning system and products.Resellers
- Individuals or organizations providing financial literacy and business acumen training to their own clients.
- Licensed by ACAI to access the product range.
- Can 'embed' ACAI products into own programs and events (like 'Intel Inside™').
- Contract with a Color Accounting Trainer for delivery of the training event.

- Individuals licensed by ACAI to train with the Color Accounting™ learning system and products.

- Trainers can 'embed' our products within their own badged training event (like 'Intel Inside™').

- Subject to ongoing quality standards.

- Ongoing support and development.

- Can be an independent consultant with own clients or an in-house trainer within a company.

Master Trainers

- A Color Accounting Trainer additionally accredited by ACAI

- Master Trainers find, train, accredit and support new trainers.

- Annual renewal of accreditation and ongoing quality control.}

	Craig MacGillivray, Cape Town, South Africa Non-executive Chairman, ACA International Craig shares his responsibilities of steering the strategy and direction of Accounting Comes Alive International with the role of managing partner of a large accounting firm in South Africa. He is a South African qualified Chartered Accountant.

	Michaela Sulke-Trezek, Vienna, Austria Non-executive Advisor Michaela is a former investment banker and oversees Accounting Comes Alive's operations in Europe, UK and the Middle East as well as formulating strategy for Accounting Comes Alive's global expansion. Michaela is based in beautiful Austria.

	Peter Frampton CA, Washington DC, USA Founder, Accounting Comes Alive CEO, ACA International Peter is responsible for executing the overall strategy of Accounting Comes Alive. Peter is a Chartered Accountant formerly with KPMG in Australia. He currently lives with his family in the United States in Washington DC. He's lived and run businesses in South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. He is lit up by helping people realize 'I can!'.

	Mark Robilliard FCA, Noosa Heads, Australia Founder, Accounting Comes Alive Executive Director, ACA International Mark is responsible for the live training product range and Color Accounting Trainer network. He is a Chartered Accountant, has worked in public practice, taught accounting at university, been the National Training Director for KPMG Australia and held various senior roles focusing on human potential and development. He has worked extensively around the world and is an experienced and passionate facilitator of adult education. He lives near the beach in Australia and loves surfing; every day if possible.

Mark Samowitz, ACA regional publisher and Master Trainer

South Africa (ZA)

Mark is a South African Chartered Accountant who first worked with Accounting Comes Alive in the United States. He loved the system so much that he wanted to get involved back home. Mark graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand and qualified as a Chartered Accountant while working for international accounting firm Grant Thornton. Besides his experience in business and education, he is an accomplished entertainer and singer.

Michelle Frost, ACA territory reseller

Canada

Michelle, aka Frosty, has been with ACA since the early days. She is an experienced business executive and a qualified accountant. She is a passionate and tireless champion for peoples' rights to be financially literate and sees 'Color Accounting' applications wherever she goes. Michelle is quite the artist as well.}
